No knitting here tonight. Ack, are you kidding me?! It’s 90 degress __plus__ humidity! This day feels worse than the previous worse days of this summer were. I hope we get this storm that’s forcasted so it can get rid of this wet blanket in the air and cool down!
I’ve been lucky enough to been in the a/c today…. but even so, I was knitting with cotton today.
Welcome to my life for nearly a month! Seriously, they said on the news the other day that the high temperature has been above 90 every day except maybe two in August. Thank goodness we got a storm on Friday that has cooled things down a bit. But I’m not letting it stop me from knitting – just with cotton and silk and bamboo!
Yeah, our summer has been pretty mild. I should be grateful
